Reasons for this include rapid approval turnover times, the ability to update documents almost instantaneously, and sharing and using of resources remotely.

IDG’s research paper was conducted with organizations of various sizes. Larger organizations with more than 1 000 employees stated that flexibility was the most liberating factor of cloud computing, while smaller companies sought business continuity.
