Merck KGaA, one of the top 3 pharmaceutical companies in Germany, has previously selected their new Intelligent Content Services Platform called CARA. With this new system in place, Merck faced the challenge of integrating CARA with their existing submission management solution, eCTDmanager. EXTEDO was able to help Merck by providing them an integration solution to CARA to access information and documents stored in their existing Document Management System (DMS) by OpenText.
