From managing global labelling processes at Novo Nordisk to hands-on implementation of structured labelling and ePI, she knows what it takes to turn ePI requirements into processes that actually work.

Together with Mona, we’ll explore what effective change management looks like, where to start preparing upstream, and what new opportunities structured content can create downstream.
