Keith joined EXTEDO for the first time in 2012 and re-joined again in 2020. He is a seasoned and international experienced executive and is building and leading customer obsessed service and support teams for more than 30 years, mainly with in the life science, information and telecommunication industry. At EXTEDO Keith leads a diverse and cross-functional team of highly skilled Subject Matter Experts and is responsible for providing a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of responsive, high quality and innovative services and support. Prior joining EXTEDO, he held leading customer serving roles at Siemens, Lucent Technologies, Lion Bioscience, Accenture, Telefonica and Amazon Web Services. Keith holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.
