Michelle joined EXTEDO in July 2017. She has spent over 18 years with various software companies, gaining experience in the areas of clinical trials, disaster recovery, performance management, and point-of-sale systems. As head of Customer Support and Product Services in the U.S., she handles escalations and critical issues for our customers as well as the management of implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Her passion for customer service and quality align well with EXTEDO’s core values and help to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. Michelle holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and a certificate in Computer Applications from the University of Delaware.
