Tore Bergsteiner, Chief Executive Officer

Tore Bergsteiner is CEO and founder of the EXTEDO group. Under his leadership the company has grown into a multi-national organization that is widely recognized as a leading provider of innovative regulatory and compliance solutions.

Tore has more than 15 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry. He has held senior level positions in a number of key operational areas for EXTEDO including corporate finance, legal affairs, human resources, product development, quality management, professional services and support.

Prior to founding EXTEDO, Tore was Director of the Life Sciences division at IABG where he successfully managed several complex and business critical software development and integration projects within the industrial and public sectors.

Tore studied at the University of Bremen, the University of Würzburg and the University of Austin in Texas. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Sciences and Business Administration.

Martin Schmid, Managing Director

Martin Schmid joined EXTEDO in October 2010 as Managing Director to head the global Marketing and Sales Department. In addition, he has assumed responsibility for the Business and Corporate Development branch of the EXTEDO Group.

Martin has more than 15 years of experience in the areas management consulting, marketing and sales. Prior to EXTEDO, he worked as an independent consultant for several customers within the consulting industry, as well as almost five years for a US-based solution provider for data management, technical documentation and publishing. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed several international customers and projects within the industrial sector.

Martin has a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on sales and corporate governance from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich and Landshut, Germany.

Joseph M. Dude, Managing Director of North America

Joseph M. Dude is responsible for overseeing all sales and operations activities in North America. He has more than 20 years of experience, primarily in the IT services and software sector.

Prior to joining EXTEDO, he worked with several companies in the early or growth stage of their development, both as an employee and as a consultant. He assisted these companies in building a foundation for growth by improving processes, getting information disseminated more timely and accurately, and partnering with the organization to make better decisions.

Previously, he has worked at Prime Technology Group, Glemser Technologies, First Consulting Group and Thomson Financial. Joe graduated with a BA in Accounting from Temple University and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University, and resides in Montgomery County, PA.

Christian Bohrmann, Vice President Global Marketing & Alliances

Christian Bohrmann is the Global Vice President for Marketing & Alliances at EXTEDO. He joined the company in 2006 to expand the Channel Management and Partner Program. At the end of 2009 the EXTEDO partner related business had grown by more than 35%. At the same time he provided support to the two EXTEDO founders on a number of key sales and operational issues and helped expand the sales force.

Christian has more than 15 years of experience selling Enterprise Content Management solutions. Prior to EXTEDO, he worked for Open Text, Input Software and Cornerstone. He has a successful track record of turning emerging U.S. based firms into major players in their market spaces.

Christian graduated with a degree in Business Management, with a strong focus on European Management and Marketing, from Otto-Friedrich University in Bamberg, Germany and had several internships in Indianapolis, IN.

Andreas Wastl, Vice President Global Project Management

Andreas Wastl is Vice President of Global Project Management of EXTEDO GmbH. Andreas joined EXTEDO in 2003. He now leads a team of highly skilled project managers responsible for the realization of projects that integrate EXTEDO solutions, and related DMS products, into existing customer environments. He also oversees the Professional Services team, which provides delivery, training and support to customers.

Andreas has 14 years of full-time professional experience in software industries. Prior to joining EXTEDO, Andreas was a team leader in two different companies that created customized solutions on a project basis. Both of these companies (located near Munich and Frankfurt) specialized in web-based B2B solutions for non-public industry user groups. In addition, Andreas worked as a software developer for nearly 10 years before graduating from college.

Andreas holds a Diploma degree in Computer Sciences from the Technical University of Munich.

Oliver Bojahr, Vice President Global Products

Oliver Bojahr is Vice President for Global Products at EXTEDO group. His group focuses on developing high quality regulatory solutions that incorporate electronic standards.

He has 15 years of professional experience in product management and product development. Prior to becoming Vice President for Global Products, Oliver successfully managed several complex and business critical software projects within life sciences, crop protection and food packaging industries. He has been recognized for initiating the CADDY.xml standard for the European crop protection industry.

Oliver has a degree in Applied Computer Science from Fachhochschule Hamburg and a degree in Advanced Software Technology from the University of Wolverhampton.
